Jayevan Jason Edison Foster was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario also known as Steel City, Tiger Town and The Hammer to name a few. Jayevan is a proud Hamiltonian who enjoys everything his great city has to offer including the thriving sports scene both amateur and professional. Hamilton is a cultural hub full of creative minds and not to mention the over 100 waterfalls that are scattered throughout the city.

President Jayevan is a graduate from Queen’s University and received an Honours degree in the study of Human and Physical Geography with a minor in Political Studies. He was accepted into multiple law programs in Canada, but opted not to attend in order to focus on entrepreneurial ambitions. In February 2015 he registered EMPIRE MGMT as a sole proprietorship. This is Hamilton’s very first Sport Management Company and in a short period of time he’s quickly establishing himself in the sports and entertainment industry.

Jayevan is a sports enthusiast and has an undeniable passion for sports illustrated by his participation in varsity athletics at Queen’s University. He was a member of the 2009 Vanier Cup Championship Football team playing wide receiver. He was also a provincially ranked sprinter for the Queen’s Track & Field team, qualifying for provincials as anchor for the 4x200M and 4x400M, as well as the 300M. For the duration of his undergraduate career he was a dual sport athlete.

Jayevan plans to couple his Queen’s degree with his prior football experience into a long career as a CFL Agent. His attention to detail, organization and strong support system will greatly aid him in launching a successful career as a sports agent. EMPIRE MGMT has a team that truly aids their clients in every aspect. For example, Jayevan makes sure he offers his athletes top of the line training regiments from Sports Specific Training Programs, to Press Release training, and a world class financial team to ensure his athletes are set up for life after football.

Moreover, Jayevan is determined, ambitious, and passionate about life. He firmly believes that his hard work will transcend into his company’s success. He has a special gift for finding talent, cultivating their skills and grooms his clients for the professional world.

Furthermore, Jayevan is heavily involved in the Hamilton community exemplified by his dedication and time commitment to volunteering, fundraising, and supporting local charities. He has run and organized charity events such as A Tumbleweed Affair Save the Polar Bears and has made significant contributions to renowned organizations such as The World Wildlife Fund and The Heart and Stroke Foundation. Conservation, sustainability, and climate change are very important issues to Jayevan and he will continue to support and play a role within these organizations.

    • Provincially Ranked in the Top 10 in the following events:

      • 60M, 300M, 4X200M Relay, 4x400M Relay à anchor for both relay teams

  • Scored 161 on LSAT (85th Percentile – December 2014)
